Space & Time Cube Bangkok — Immersive Metaverse Museum & Rail Cinema Ticket 2026
Last updated: June 2026

You step into a room and the floor is made of glass. Below the glass, a galaxy. Above you, the same galaxy continues. The walls are not walls — they are projections wrapping a full 720 degrees around your body with stars in motion, nebulae pulsing violet and gold, and somewhere beneath your feet an infinite depth of space that your brain cannot immediately explain away. This is the centrepiece holographic room at Space & Time Cube Bangkok, and it produces a specific kind of silence in the people who enter it. Most just stop and look.
Trip Thai Tour's ticket covers the full Space & Time Cube Bangkok experience at Seacon Bangkae Shopping Mall — Thailand's first immersive metaverse museum, opened January 2025, occupying 1,500 square metres across 27 themed rooms in 3 zones. Your ticket includes the Main Hall (all 27 rooms) plus the Rail Cinema: an 8-theme 4D motion-seat cinema where wind effects, water mist, and moving seats synchronise with your chosen film. The venue sits in the basement (Floor B, Room B43) of Seacon Bangkae, with direct MRT access from Phasi Charoen Station (Blue Line, BL37 Exit 1 — 5-minute walk) and free parking for visitors arriving by car.
Tickets are ฿669 per adult and ฿564 per child under 140 cm. Children under 80 cm enter free. The VR Experience Hall is available as an optional add-on at ฿349 per person — and you can add VR separately for adults and children in the booking form, so parents can buy the VR experience for their children without purchasing it for themselves. Minimum 7 days advance booking required. Message us on WhatsApp +66 89 949 6235 or book online — we confirm within the hour.

The most common complaint about Space & Time Cube on review sites is finishing in under 30 minutes. This almost always happens when visitors rush through the Main Hall without slowing down for the rooms designed for contemplation — the 720° Holographic Room, Ocean of Stars, and Breathing Light all reward time spent inside them. Our booking confirmation includes a suggested room-by-room sequence to help you pace the full 90 minutes.
The second common complaint is price confusion — specifically, what the Rail Cinema and VR cost, and whether they are included. Our ticket is clear: ฿669 adult / ฿564 child covers the Main Hall plus Rail Cinema with no extra charge at the gate. VR is a separately priced add-on at ฿349 per person that you can choose for some or all of your group. No bundling, no surprises.

What Actually Happens
The 720° Holographic Room — Your First Step into Another Dimension
You step through the entrance and into a room that has no walls. Or rather — the walls, ceiling, and floor are all one continuous surface, and that surface is alive. The 720° CAVE holographic projection system wraps every inch of the room with a living cosmos: galaxies in motion, nebulae pulsing with deep violet and gold light, star clusters drifting slowly on all sides. There is no headset to strap on, no goggles to fog up, no button to press. The immersion happens the moment you enter. Then you look down. The floor beneath your feet is made of glass. Below the glass, the same universe continues — an infinite depth of starfields dropping away under your shoes. Standing still, you lose the sensation of being in a room at all. Your brain registers open space in every direction simultaneously. Several visitors describe it as the closest thing to floating in zero gravity that is available without leaving Earth. Space & Time Cube brought this installation to Bangkok in January 2025, introducing a format that originated in Shanghai to Thailand for the first time. The 720° room is the centrepiece of the Main Hall — experience designers placed it near the beginning of the tour route to calibrate what your eyes should expect from the 26 rooms that follow. Plan to spend 10–15 minutes here. The projection cycles through three scenes: the cosmos, an underwater deep-sea sequence with blue whale silhouettes drifting overhead, and a cherry-blossom forest in slow snowfall. If you want to capture the glass-floor effect in a photograph, stand near the centre of the room and have a companion shoot from floor level. The composition shows your reflection in the glass and the starfield dropping away beneath — it is the most shared photograph from this venue on social media since opening day.
The Main Hall — 26 More Rooms Across 1,500 Square Metres
Beyond the holographic room, the Main Hall branches into a series of themed installations that take approximately 90 minutes to explore at a comfortable pace. The route covers 27 rooms total across 1,500 square metres of climate-controlled gallery space. Every room is designed as a distinct visual environment; the transition from one to the next is deliberate and often surprising. The Ocean of Stars room places you inside a sphere of slow-pulsing light. Thousands of individual light points cycle through sequences — waves of blue, then gold, then white — creating the sensation of standing inside a bioluminescent tide. The sound design in this room is specifically calibrated to be calm rather than dramatic, which shows in how long visitors tend to stay. The Golden Waterfall is an installation of floor-to-ceiling crystal strands, each backlit at different intensities, creating a waterfall effect that moves without any part of it physically moving. The room photographs well from the centre, but the most interesting angle is sideways — standing parallel to the crystals reveals a layered depth that the front-on view misses entirely. The Mirror Maze and the Staircase of Dreams corridor work as a pair. The mirror maze uses infinite-reflection technology, but the scale — tall enough that reflections seem to extend beyond the actual ceiling — makes it feel genuinely disorienting. The Staircase of Dreams uses the same technology in an ascending format, creating the impression of a staircase that disappears into light above your head. Further in: Zero Gravity Space, Crystal Matrix, and Wandering Planet are slower-paced rooms designed for sustained looking rather than quick photography. The Science Playground at the end of the Main Hall route is excellent for families with older children — motion-sensor projections respond to movement, and the physics exhibits give children something to interact with directly rather than just observe.
Rail Cinema — Choose Your 30-Minute Journey
The Rail Cinema is your second zone, and it is where Space & Time Cube Bangkok separates itself from most immersive art venues in the city. A standard digital-art installation is passive — you look, you photograph, you move on. The Rail Cinema asks you to sit down, choose a story, and be moved — literally. The seating system is mounted on a motion platform. As your chosen film runs, the seats tilt, rock, and shift in synchronisation with the on-screen action. Wind generators mounted at head height create airflow effects that correspond with movement sequences. A water-mist system adds another layer during underwater and rain scenes. The combination is more physical than you expect from a venue positioned as an art museum. Here is the detail that no competitor lists and that every visitor should know before booking: session length varies by day of the week. On weekdays — Monday through Friday — a full Rail Cinema session runs for 30 minutes. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, sessions are shortened to 15 minutes to accommodate higher visitor volume. If you have the flexibility to visit on a weekday, you receive twice the Rail Cinema experience at the same ticket price. You choose from 8 available themes at the time of your session: Deep Sea, Dinosaurs, Interstellar, Geocentric Realm, Aladdin, Around the World, Moby Dick, and Pinocchio. Each is a self-contained narrative. Families with younger children typically choose Aladdin or Pinocchio. Groups with teenagers or adults tend towards Interstellar or Dinosaurs. Staff at the Rail Cinema entrance will describe each option in about 30 seconds if you cannot decide. One important note for families: children under 100 cm in height cannot board the Rail Cinema. However, the rules include a provision worth knowing — the accompanying adult may use the child's Rail Cinema ticket in their place. If you have a child below the height limit, your admission cost is not wasted.
VR Experience Hall — Optional Add-on for the Full Immersion
The VR Experience Hall is the third and final zone at Space & Time Cube Bangkok, and it operates on a separate ticket from the Main Hall and Rail Cinema. Adding the VR experience costs ฿349 per person and can be booked independently for adults or children — meaning parents can buy VR for their children without purchasing it for themselves, and adults who want VR can add it without requiring the whole group to participate. The hall offers three VR game options per session; your ticket gives you access to one game of your choice. The VR setup uses standard headset-and-controller equipment rather than the glasses-free holographic technology of the Main Hall. This zone is designed as high-stimulus contrast to the slower immersive art elsewhere in the venue — the games are fast-paced and physically engaging. Visitors who enjoy action-oriented VR rate this addition highly; visitors who came primarily for the gallery photography experience sometimes find VR outside the venue's main aesthetic character. Children under 100 cm in height cannot join the VR Experience Hall. This height restriction mirrors the Rail Cinema restriction and is for safety reasons related to headset fit and load-bearing. The decision on whether to add VR comes down to who is in your group and what they enjoy. For families where the children clear the 100 cm threshold, the VR session tends to be the most talked-about part of the day — children who have done the Rail Cinema and the Main Hall arrive at Zone 3 already calibrated for immersive technology, and the VR landing is harder and more personal than anything in the gallery. For couples visiting primarily for the photography opportunities, the Main Hall and Rail Cinema combination is the natural stopping point, and VR is an enhancement rather than a necessity. To add VR for only your children, or only for certain adults in your group, select the relevant options in the booking form when reserving through Trip Thai Tour. Each VR ticket covers one person for one game session.
Seacon Bangkae — Where the Cube Becomes a Full Family Day
Space & Time Cube Bangkok is not a standalone venue you visit, photograph, and leave. It sits in the basement of Seacon Bangkae — one of Bangkok's largest shopping centres in the Bang Khae district of western Bangkok — and pairing the two makes for a genuinely full family day rather than a two-hour excursion. The headline addition above the Cube is Mega HarborLand, located on the 4th floor. At approximately 10,000 square metres, it is among the largest indoor playgrounds in Bangkok. The current theme is Jungle Safari — colourful slides, large ball pools, a sports arena, and a padel track zone. HarborLand is designed for children aged 5 months to 15 years, which means infants in strollers and teenagers both have territory here. Tickets are ฿890 per child and ฿390 per accompanying parent. Operating hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, weekends 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. The ground floor of Seacon Bangkae changes its visual theme every month — seasonal installations, holiday decorations, and promotional events rotate on a fixed schedule. Arriving during a themed period adds a photographic dimension to the mall visit that most shopping centres cannot offer. The 4th floor food court covers Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and international options. For families from India, the Gulf, and Malaysia: halal-certified food is available, and the food court includes an Indian cuisine station. For larger group lunches, Street Gourmet on the 4th floor is a premium food hall that issues a ฿1,000 redeemable ordering card. Coffee shops and cafés are distributed across multiple floors for those who need a slower break between activities. Free parking is available in the mall structure. For visitors using public transport, MRT Phasi Charoen Station (Blue Line, station BL37) connects directly to the mall — Exit 1 leads to the mall entrance in approximately 5 minutes on foot. This makes Seacon Bangkae one of the most MRT-accessible destinations in western Bangkok, reachable from Silom in under 30 minutes and from Sukhumvit in under 45 minutes.
Is This Right for You?
✦ Families with children of all ages
Space & Time Cube Bangkok is genuinely suited for children because it combines passive wonder with active engagement. The 720° Holographic Room captivates children in the same way it captivates adults — the glass-floor effect is universally disorienting and memorable. The Science Playground at the end of the Main Hall route responds to movement with motion-sensor projections, giving older children hands-on interaction. If your children are 5 months to 15 years old, add Mega HarborLand on the 4th floor of Seacon Bangkae — 10,000 sqm of slides, ball pools, and a sports arena at ฿890 per child — and you have a complete 5-hour day without leaving the building. This is one of the few Bangkok attractions where the venue and the surrounding mall together make a full-day plan rather than a half-day plan.
✦ Couples and Instagram photographers
Every room in the Main Hall was designed as a photography environment, and the results show across social media since January 2025. The 720° Holographic Room glass floor, the Golden Waterfall crystal curtain, the Ocean of Stars light waves, and the Mirror Maze infinite reflections are all compositions that have performed strongly on Instagram and TikTok. Smartphone cameras work well in all rooms — no specialist equipment is needed. Arrive on a weekday morning at 10:30 AM for near-empty rooms and uninterrupted compositions. Weekend afternoons see queues forming at the more photogenic installations. Staff at the venue can suggest optimal angles in rooms where the perspective is non-obvious.
✦ Families from India, the Gulf, and Malaysia
Seacon Bangkae's food court includes Indian cuisine and halal-certified food options — a practical detail that simplifies planning for Muslim families and Indian vegetarian travellers who sometimes find it difficult to manage dietary requirements at outdoor Bangkok attractions. The entire venue and mall are air-conditioned, making it more comfortable for family groups with very young children or elderly members during Bangkok's hot season (March–June) or the afternoon rainy season (July–October). The Indian family group market has made Safari World Bangkok one of Trip Thai Tour's highest-volume attractions. Space & Time Cube is a natural companion on day 2 of the same Bangkok itinerary, accessible from the same Sukhumvit-area hotel zone via a single MRT line.
✦ Visitors on a rainy day or heat-break afternoon
Bangkok's hot season runs March through June with temperatures regularly reaching 36–38°C. The wet season (July–October) brings afternoon thunderstorms that can last two hours or more. Space & Time Cube Bangkok is 100% indoor, air-conditioned, and requires no outdoor walking at any point in your visit. For visitors who wake up to rain with no plan, this is the most comfortable full-day option in Bangkok's western district — and the combination with Mega HarborLand means no one in the group runs out of things to do by lunchtime. It also makes a strong half-day complement to Bangkok's outdoor temple tours: spend the morning at Wat Arun or the Grand Palace, then retreat here for the afternoon.
✦ First-time Bangkok visitors wanting something beyond temples
Most first-time visitors to Bangkok spend their first two days on temples and floating markets. Space & Time Cube offers a different reference point — a technology-forward cultural experience that shows a contemporary face of the city that temple tours cannot provide. At 1,500 sqm across 27 rooms it is compact enough to complete in a morning, leaving the afternoon free for the Grand Palace (40 minutes by Grab) or the Chao Phraya riverside. If you have three or more days in Bangkok and want a break from the humidity and outdoor sites, Space & Time Cube plus Seacon Bangkae is the obvious choice for a full day indoors. It is also an easy recommendation for travellers with very young children for whom long outdoor days in Bangkok heat are impractical.
What Our Guests Say
"We came for the holographic room and stayed for three hours. My daughter wanted to do the Rail Cinema twice and my son was completely lost in the VR. We went up to HarborLand after and did not leave Seacon Bangkae until 7 PM. Booking through Trip Thai Tour was simple — the VR for the kids was already in our booking, no queue, no confusion."
"The glass floor in the holographic room genuinely surprised me — you look down and it just drops into starfields. We came on a Tuesday after reading that Rail Cinema sessions are 30 minutes on weekdays. Good call. We chose the Dinosaurs film and the seat movement during the chase sequences was more intense than expected. Every room gave us a different photo."
"Clean, cool, and perfect for our children aged 6 and 9. The VR hall was the highlight for them — they talked about it the whole evening. The halal food options at the Seacon food court made lunch straightforward. We spent a full day here between the Cube and HarborLand. Would combine with Safari World if you have two days in Bangkok."

Questions
Space & Time Cube Bangkok is Thailand's first immersive metaverse museum — a technology-driven art venue covering 1,500 square metres across 27 themed rooms in 3 zones: the Main Hall (immersive art installations), the Rail Cinema (4D motion-seat cinema), and the VR Experience Hall (virtual reality games). It opened in Bangkok in January 2025, bringing a format that originated in Shanghai to Thailand for the first time.
The venue is located at Floor B (basement), Room B43, Seacon Bangkae Shopping Mall, 607 Phet Kasem Road, Bang Wa, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160. MRT Phasi Charoen Station (Blue Line, BL37), Exit 1 leads directly to the mall in approximately 5 minutes on foot.
Your ticket covers the Main Hall (all 27 immersive art rooms, including the 720° Holographic Room, Ocean of Stars, Golden Waterfall, Mirror Maze, and Science Playground) plus one Rail Cinema session (choice of 8 film themes with moving seats, wind, and water-mist effects). Free locker service is also included inside the venue.
The VR Experience Hall is not included in the base ticket. It is available as an optional add-on at ฿349 per person, and can be booked separately for adults and children — so parents can purchase VR only for their children without buying it for themselves. Food, Mega HarborLand, and hotel transport are also not included.
The Rail Cinema is a 4D motion-seat cinema experience. You choose from 8 film themes — Deep Sea, Dinosaurs, Interstellar, Geocentric Realm, Aladdin, Around the World, Moby Dick, or Pinocchio — and sit in seats mounted on a motion platform that tilts, rocks, and shifts in synchronisation with the film. Wind generators and water-mist effects are active during relevant sequences.
Session length is 30 minutes on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and 15 minutes on weekends and public holidays. Visiting on a weekday gives you twice the Rail Cinema experience at the same ticket price — this is the single most useful planning tip for Space & Time Cube. Children under 100 cm in height cannot board; the accompanying adult may use the child's Rail Cinema ticket in their place.
Allow 90 minutes for the Main Hall at a comfortable pace, plus 30 minutes for the Rail Cinema on a weekday (15 minutes on weekends). With the VR Experience Hall add-on, add approximately 20 minutes. Total time at the Cube: 2 to 2.5 hours.
If you plan to visit Mega HarborLand on the 4th floor of Seacon Bangkae after, budget a full day — 5 to 6 hours total. The most common review complaint ('finished too fast') comes from visitors who skip the Rail Cinema and rush the Main Hall. Our booking confirmation includes a suggested room sequence to help you pace the full experience.
Yes. The venue is stroller-friendly throughout and all surfaces are flat (mall basement). Children under 80 cm enter completely free — no ticket required. The Main Hall's 27 rooms are appropriate for all ages, and the Science Playground near the end of the route has motion-sensor interactive exhibits that children enjoy actively.
Children under 100 cm cannot join the Rail Cinema or VR Experience Hall. However, the accompanying adult may use the child's Rail Cinema ticket in their place, so the cost is not lost. Children 100 cm to 139 cm can join both the Rail Cinema and VR Experience Hall with a child ticket. Children 140 cm or taller require an adult ticket regardless of age.
Two reasons. First, the Rail Cinema session length on weekdays is 30 minutes, compared to 15 minutes on weekends and public holidays. You receive twice the cinema experience at the same ticket price. Second, the Main Hall is significantly less crowded on weekday mornings — arriving at 10:30 AM on a weekday gives you near-empty rooms for the first 60–90 minutes, which means uninterrupted photography at the most popular installations.
If your schedule only allows a weekend visit, arrive exactly at 10:00 AM (weekend opening time) to get ahead of the main crowd, which typically arrives after 12:00 PM.
Space & Time Cube Bangkok requires a minimum of 7 days advance booking. Payment must be received 1 day before the visit date. Cancellation must be made 3 days before the visit date.
Book through Trip Thai Tour via the booking form on this page or by messaging us on WhatsApp +66 89 949 6235. We confirm your booking within the hour during operating hours. Digital tickets are issued prior to your visit date — no paper required at the venue entrance.
The easiest route is MRT Blue Line to Phasi Charoen Station (BL37), Exit 1. The mall is approximately 5 minutes on foot from the exit. The journey from Silom MRT (Lumphini Station) takes approximately 25 minutes. From Sukhumvit, change to the MRT Blue Line at Asok (Sukhumvit Station) — total journey approximately 40 minutes.
By Grab or taxi, search 'Seacon Bangkae Shopping Center' as your destination. From Sukhumvit Soi 11, the drive is approximately 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. Free parking is available in the mall structure for visitors arriving by private vehicle.
Yes — this is a specific feature of booking through Trip Thai Tour that most other platforms do not offer. In our booking form, you can select VR tickets for children independently of adult VR tickets. If 2 adults and 2 children are visiting and only the children want VR, you select 0 adult VR and 2 child VR in the form.
Child VR is ฿349 per child. Adult VR is ฿349 per adult. Both are optional. Minimum height for VR is 100 cm for all participants.
Mega HarborLand is a separate indoor playground on the 4th floor of Seacon Bangkae Shopping Mall, directly above Space & Time Cube. It covers approximately 10,000 square metres and operates under a Jungle Safari theme with colourful slides, ball pools, a sports arena, and a padel track zone. It is designed for children aged 5 months to 15 years.
HarborLand is not included in the Space & Time Cube ticket. Tickets are sold at the HarborLand entrance on the 4th floor — ฿890 per child and ฿390 per accompanying parent. Operating hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, weekends and public holidays 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Combining Space & Time Cube with HarborLand makes the visit a full-day family activity from a single location.
There is a small café inside the Space & Time Cube venue for snacks and drinks. Seacon Bangkae mall has significantly more dining options: the 4th floor food court covers Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and international cuisine, with halal-certified options and an Indian food station available. Street Gourmet on the 4th floor is a premium food hall that issues a ฿1,000 redeemable ordering card.
For visitors from India or Muslim-majority countries, the halal food court is a meaningful advantage of this location over standalone attractions in central Bangkok. Budget approximately ฿150–350 per person for a food court meal.
A cancellation fee of 100% applies if the booking is cancelled 2 days (48 hours) or less before the visit date. Promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
