Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund schedule
All timings are measured against your tour start time (your session time, or hotel pickup time where no session applies), in Thailand time (GMT+7).

| Within 48 hours of your tour, or no-show | No refund The booking is non-refundable at this stage — tickets, seats, guides and vehicles are already committed to your booking. |
How to cancel
Send us a written message on WhatsApp at +66 89 949 6235 or by email to chatree@tripthaitour.com. Your cancellation takes effect at the moment your message reaches us, Thailand time — not when you send it, and not when we reply. Phone calls alone do not count as cancellation; always confirm in writing.
Flight cancellations & medical emergencies
If your airline cancels your flight, or you have a medical emergency, and you can show official proof (the airline's cancellation notice or a medical certificate), we will offer you one free date change instead of the refund schedule above — even inside the 48-hour window. The new date must be within 6 months of your original travel date and is subject to availability. Cash refunds inside the refund schedule windows still follow the schedule above.
Date changes
Want to move your tour instead of cancelling? Date changes requested more than 48 hours before your tour start are free of charge, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, date changes are treated the same as a cancellation and rebooking.
If we cancel
If Trip Thai Tour or the venue cancels your tour — for weather, sea conditions, safety, or venue closure — you choose either a full 100% refund or a free alternative date. Marine-authority weather cancellations on island trips are always refunded in full or rescheduled at your choice, with no fee.
Product-specific terms
- Show tickets (Calypso Cabaret, Alcazar, Phuket FantaSea, Carnival Magic): non-refundable once tickets are issued for your date. Date changes are subject to seat availability at the venue.
- Space Time Cube: the venue requires booking 7 days in advance; tickets are issued by the venue and promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Multi-day packages: cancellation terms are stated on your quotation and may differ from the schedule above (hotels and long-distance transport carry their own supplier terms).
Refund method & timing
All refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider (Stripe) within 7–10 business days of confirmation. We never ask for your bank details to process a refund.
