Colosseum Show Pattaya — Cabaret Tickets (Deluxe · VIP · Gold)
Last updated: July 2026

The lights drop, a Roman arena the size of a football pitch fills with sound, and for the next hour the world passes across one stage — a Thai 'Sawasdee' welcome, Chinese classics, a full Bollywood set to 'Jai Ho' and 'Ghar More Pardesiya', Western spectacle, all performed in dazzling costume by the famous katoey (ladyboy) showgirls. This is the Colosseum Show, Thailand's largest cabaret theatre, built as a full Roman amphitheatre on Thepprasit Road in Pattaya. Sixteen scenes, one hour, not a dull minute.
You pick your seat tier at booking: Deluxe (฿800 — great value, full amphitheatre view), VIP (฿1,000 — central and closer), or Gold (฿1,200 — front and centre, the best seats in the house). There are three shows every night — 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, seven days a week, each about an hour, with extra 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM shows on holidays. The theatre is designed so every seat has a clear, uninterrupted view of the full stage, so even Deluxe is a genuinely good seat.
From ฿800 per person — every tier below what the big aggregator platforms charge for the same seat. Add an optional private round-trip transfer for a flat ฿1,000 per vehicle (Pattaya-area pickup only), and after the show you can take photos with the showgirls in the lobby. Book Trip Thai Tour on WhatsApp +66 89 949 6235 — we confirm in minutes.

Most online listings for the Colosseum Show do two things badly. They charge an aggregator markup on top of the ticket, so you pay more for the exact same seat, and they never tell you what is actually in the show — in particular that there is a full Bollywood set with 'Jai Ho' and 'Ghar More Pardesiya', which is the single thing most likely to make an Indian family's night. People book blind, pay too much, and sometimes turn up at the wrong show time because the three nightly performances are not explained.
We fix that with information and a fair price. Our three tiers — Deluxe ฿800, VIP ฿1,000, Gold ฿1,200 — sit below the aggregator platforms for the identical seat, with no booking fee at checkout. We tell you the show runs three times a night (5:30, 7:00, 8:30 PM), that it is about an hour, that you exchange your voucher for the seat ticket at the Agency Ticket Counter, and that the Bollywood, Thai, Chinese and Western scenes are all in there. We also offer a private ฿1,000 Pattaya transfer because the show runs none of its own. Go in informed and the Colosseum is one of the best-value hours of entertainment in Pattaya.

🇮🇳 The Bollywood Set — Why Indian Families Pick The Colosseum
Most ticket listings never tell you this: the Colosseum's 16-scene show includes a full Bollywood segment, with the showgirls dancing to "Jai Ho" and "Ghar More Pardesiya" in Indian costume. For an Indian family, it's the moment the whole theatre is watching an act made for you — and it gets the biggest cheer of the night. Add the Thai "Sawasdee", Chinese and Western scenes and it's a genuine hour around the world. It's the reason we recommend the Colosseum to Indian visitors over the other Pattaya cabarets.
🎭 Colosseum or Alcazar? Pick The Right Pattaya Cabaret
Thailand's largest cabaret, in a Roman-amphitheatre theatre with the strongest Bollywood set. The newer, grander spectacle — best for Indian families and anyone who wants the biggest show. 3 shows nightly.
The long-running, centrally located classic near Beach Road — the budget-friendly option and an established name. Great if you want a cheaper ticket and a central venue.
Want the cheaper, central classic instead? Compare the Alcazar Cabaret — or see both on a longer stay. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll match you to the right show.

What Actually Happens
Arrival & the Roman Amphitheatre — 30 Minutes Before Showtime
The Colosseum announces itself before you are inside: a full Roman-amphitheatre façade rising off Thepprasit Road, floodlit at night, arches and columns and all. It is deliberately theatrical, and it sets the tone. Arrive about thirty minutes before your show — 5:30, 7:00 or 8:30 PM — and go straight to the Agency Ticket Counter, where you exchange the e-voucher we sent you for your printed seat ticket. This voucher-exchange step is the one thing first-timers get caught out by; we tell you about it upfront so you walk in knowing exactly what to do. The lobby has restrooms and a bar selling soft drinks, water and snacks (no meal comes with the ticket, so grab a drink if you want one). Inside, the auditorium is the largest cabaret theatre in Thailand, and the amphitheatre design is not just for looks: the seating is raked and curved so that every seat — Deluxe, VIP or Gold — has a clear, uninterrupted sightline to the full width of the stage. That matters when you are choosing a tier: unlike some venues where the cheap seats mean a blocked view, here Deluxe is genuinely a good seat, and you are paying mainly for how close and central you sit rather than whether you can see. Find your seat, settle in, and let the room fill — part of the fun is the buzz of a full house from a dozen countries waiting for the lights to drop.
The Show Opens — 'The Miracle Colosseum' & the Thai Welcome
The house lights fall and the Colosseum opens the way it means to go on — big. The signature opening scene fills the enormous stage with the full company in gladiatorial-meets-glamour costume, a wall of colour, light and sound engineered to make you sit up. From there the show becomes a journey, and the first stop is Thailand itself: a 'Sawasdee' welcome scene of traditional Thai dance, silk costumes and the graceful hand movements you will recognise from temple murals, staged with the scale and lighting a small cultural show could never manage. This is where you understand what the Colosseum actually is — not a single act but a sixteen-scene revue that travels the world in an hour, each scene a complete mini-production with its own costumes, set and music, performed by the katoey (ladyboy) showgirls the Pattaya cabarets are famous for. The performers do not sing live; this is a lip-sync-and-dance glamour cabaret, and judged for what it is — spectacle, costume and choreography — it is genuinely dazzling. Keep your camera ready: photography is allowed in your seat during the show as long as you do not use flash, and the opening and Thai scenes are among the most photogenic of the night. The pace is quick, the changes between scenes are slick, and within ten minutes most first-timers have stopped wondering whether an hour will be enough and started hoping it lasts longer.
Around the World — China, and the Bollywood Set Indian Families Come For
The middle of the show is where the Colosseum earns its 'around the world in an hour' billing, and where it quietly becomes the best cabaret in Pattaya for the Indian market. First the show turns to China: classics like 'Mo Li Hua' (the Jasmine Flower song) and a playful 'Spicy Girl' number, staged with fans, umbrellas and red-and-gold costume. Then comes the set that most listings never mention and that we always do — a full Bollywood segment, with the showgirls dancing to 'Jai Ho' (the Slumdog Millionaire anthem) and 'Ghar More Pardesiya', in Indian costume, with the choreography and colour of a Mumbai film number. For an Indian family or group, this is the moment the whole theatre of a dozen nationalities is watching an act made for you, and it consistently gets the biggest cheer of the night. It is exactly why the Colosseum, and not only Alcazar or Tiffany's, deserves a look if you are travelling from India — and why we flag the Bollywood set upfront rather than letting you discover it by luck. The Western world gets its turn too, with high-energy numbers like a 'Cruella' set, so every part of the audience gets a scene that feels like home. Each transition is fast and total: new costumes, new set, new music, no dead air. It is this constant reinvention, scene after scene, that stops the hour ever feeling repetitive the way a single-theme show can.
Choosing Your Seat — Deluxe, VIP or Gold, and What Each Really Buys
Because the amphitheatre is built so every seat sees the whole stage, choosing a tier here is about proximity and centrality, not whether you will have a good view — and that changes the value calculation. Deluxe (฿800) is the standard block: a clear, full view of the stage from a little further back, and honestly the best value in Pattaya cabaret for what you get. VIP (฿1,000) moves you central and closer, so the costume detail and the performers' expressions read more sharply — a comfortable middle choice. Gold (฿1,200) is front and centre, the closest seats in the house, where the scale of the costumes and the energy of the choreography hit hardest; it is the tier to pick for a special occasion, a couple's night, or simply if you want the very best. Every one of these prices sits below what the big aggregator platforms charge for the identical seat, with no booking fee added at our checkout — so whichever tier you choose, you are paying less for the same experience. Our honest steer for most families and groups is Deluxe or VIP: the amphitheatre design means you lose very little by not being in the front row, and the saving per head across a group is real. Save Gold for when being right at the front genuinely matters to you. You choose your tier and your show time — 5:30, 7:00 or 8:30 PM — at booking, and we confirm both on WhatsApp before the night.
The Finale, Photos & Getting Home
The show builds to a full-company finale — a 'Phoenix' spectacle that brings the entire cast back onto the stage in the biggest costumes of the night for a last wave of colour and light, the kind of ending that sends a full house out smiling. When the lights come up, the katoey performers move to the lobby, where they pose for photos with the audience; it is a fun, good-natured end to the evening, and a ฿100–200 tip is customary if you take one. The whole thing, start to finish, runs about an hour, which is part of its appeal — it is a complete, high-energy night out that still leaves your evening open for dinner on Walking Street or a stroll along Beach Road afterwards. Getting home is the one thing the Colosseum itself does not help with: the show runs no transport of its own. That is why we offer an optional private round-trip transfer at a flat ฿1,000 per vehicle for Pattaya-area hotels — your own van, door to door, so nobody is hunting for a baht bus or haggling a taxi at 9:30 PM. If you would rather make your own way, the theatre is central on Thepprasit Road, minutes from Jomtien and Walking Street. Either way, tell us your show time and, if you want the transfer, your hotel, and we will have everything confirmed in writing before you arrive.
Is This Right for You?
✦ Indian families and groups
This is the Pattaya cabaret built for you. The full Bollywood set — 'Jai Ho' and 'Ghar More Pardesiya' in Indian costume — is the highlight of the night for most Indian visitors, and the show is entirely family-friendly. Group pricing and the flat ฿1,000 private van make it easy for a larger family to do together.
✦ Families with children
It is a glamour cabaret of dance, costume and lip-sync — colourful, fast and suitable for all ages, with no material that isn't child-friendly. The one-hour length is ideal for younger attention spans, and kids love the costumes and the photos with the showgirls afterwards.
✦ Couples and special occasions
Book Gold seats (฿1,200) for front-and-centre — the closest view of the costumes and choreography, ideal for a date night or a celebration. Pair it with the 7:00 or 8:30 PM show and dinner on Walking Street afterwards for a complete Pattaya evening.
✦ Value-minded travellers
Every tier sits below the aggregator-platform price for the same seat, and because the amphitheatre gives every seat a clear view, Deluxe (฿800) is a genuinely good seat, not a compromise. It is one of the best-value hours of entertainment in Pattaya.
✦ First-time visitors to Pattaya
A one-hour, world-touring cabaret is the perfect first evening — high-energy, easy, and central, minutes from Jomtien and Walking Street. See it early in your trip on one of the three nightly shows, then build your days around Coral Island, the Sanctuary of Truth and Nong Nooch.
What Our Guests Say
"We booked Gold seats for the six of us and the Bollywood part — Jai Ho and Ghar More Pardesiya — had the whole family up and clapping. The kids loved the costumes and the photos after. Trip Thai Tour's price was clearly cheaper than the app we nearly booked on, and the ฿1,000 van picked us up from our Jomtien hotel right on time."
"The amphitheatre is genuinely impressive and even our Deluxe seats had a perfect view — no bad angle in the place. One hour, sixteen scenes, no filler. Great value against the ticket sites, and Chatree confirmed our 8:30 show and seats on WhatsApp within minutes."
"A fun, family-friendly hour — colourful and easy, and the kids were spellbound. We did the 7pm show then walked to dinner. Booking through Trip Thai Tour was smooth and the voucher-exchange tip saved us hunting for the counter."
"Took a group of nine for a birthday. Gold seats, front and centre, unreal costumes. The private van for a flat ฿1,000 was a bargain split between us, and it was waiting after the show. Way better value than the price we saw online first."

Colosseum Show Pattaya
Frequently
Asked
Questions
The Colosseum Show is Thailand's largest cabaret theatre — a full Roman-amphitheatre venue on Thepprasit Road in Pattaya, staging a one-hour, sixteen-scene glamour cabaret performed by the famous katoey (ladyboy) showgirls. The show travels the world in an hour, with Thai, Chinese, Indian (Bollywood) and Western scenes, each a complete mini-production of costume, light and choreography.
It is one of Pattaya's three big cabarets alongside Alcazar and Tiffany's, and bills itself as the newest and most extravagant. The amphitheatre is designed so every seat has a clear, uninterrupted view of the full stage. It runs three shows a night, seven days a week, and is family-friendly for all ages.
Booked through Trip Thai Tour, tickets are Deluxe ฿800, VIP ฿1,000 and Gold ฿1,200 per person — and every tier sits below what the big aggregator platforms charge for the identical seat, with no booking fee added at checkout.
The tiers are seat position: Deluxe is the standard block with a full view, VIP is central and closer, and Gold is front and centre. Because the amphitheatre gives every seat a clear sightline, Deluxe is a genuinely good seat. An optional private round-trip transfer is a flat ฿1,000 per vehicle for Pattaya-area hotels.
All three are reserved seats in the same amphitheatre, and all three have a clear, uninterrupted view of the full stage — the difference is proximity and centrality, not whether you can see. Deluxe (฿800) is the standard block a little further back; VIP (฿1,000) is central and closer; Gold (฿1,200) is front and centre, the closest and best seats in the house.
Our honest advice: because the amphitheatre design has no bad angles, Deluxe and VIP are excellent value for most families and groups, and you lose very little by not being in the front row. Choose Gold for a special occasion or when being right at the front genuinely matters. Every tier is below the aggregator-platform price for the same seat.
There are three shows every night — 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM — seven days a week, and each runs about one hour. On public holidays and long weekends, extra 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM shows are sometimes added.
You choose your show time when you book, and we confirm it on WhatsApp. Arrive about 30 minutes before your show to exchange your e-voucher for the printed seat ticket at the Agency Ticket Counter and find your seat before the lights drop.
Yes — it is arguably the best Pattaya cabaret for Indian visitors, because the show includes a full Bollywood set with 'Jai Ho' and 'Ghar More Pardesiya', performed in Indian costume with Mumbai-film choreography. It consistently gets the biggest cheer of the night from Indian audiences, and the show is entirely family-friendly.
Most listings never mention the Bollywood segment, so families book elsewhere without knowing it is there — we flag it upfront. Group pricing and the flat ฿1,000 private Pattaya van also make it easy for a larger family to do the show together.
Yes — it is a glamour cabaret of dance, costume and lip-sync, colourful and fast, with nothing unsuitable for children. It is a popular family outing, and the one-hour length suits younger attention spans well.
Children love the costumes and the chance to take photos with the showgirls in the lobby afterwards. There is no age restriction, and every seat in the amphitheatre has a clear view of the stage.
No — the show runs no transport of its own. We offer an optional private round-trip transfer at a flat ฿1,000 per vehicle for Pattaya-area hotels: your own van, door to door, which for a group is excellent value split between you.
This transfer covers Pattaya-area pickup ONLY — there is no Bangkok pickup for this show. Tick 'Add Private Transfer' at checkout and tell us your hotel and show time, and we confirm your pickup on WhatsApp. If you prefer, the theatre is central on Thepprasit Road and easy to reach on your own.
We send an e-voucher by email and WhatsApp. You do not need to print it — show it on your phone. On arrival at the Colosseum, go to the Agency Ticket Counter and exchange the voucher for your printed seat ticket, then go to your seat.
Arrive about 30 minutes before your show so you have time to exchange the voucher without rushing. This voucher-exchange step is the one thing first-timers miss, so we always tell you in advance. Once the printed ticket is issued it is non-refundable.
Yes — photography is generally allowed from your seat during the show, as long as you do not use flash (flash distracts the performers and ruins the lighting). The opening, Thai and Bollywood scenes are the most photogenic.
After the show, the katoey performers pose for photos with the audience in the lobby — a fun end to the night. A small tip of ฿100–200 is customary if you take a photo with them.
All three are Pattaya ladyboy cabarets, but the Colosseum is the newest and largest, built as a full Roman amphitheatre, and it has the strongest Bollywood set — a real advantage for Indian visitors. Alcazar is the long-running, centrally located classic near Beach Road; Tiffany's is the oldest and most famous name.
For the biggest theatre and the Bollywood numbers, choose the Colosseum. For an established, central classic, see our Alcazar page. Many visitors on a longer stay see more than one — they run at different venues and times, so there is no clash.
The Colosseum is at 228/168 Moo 12, Thepprasit Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung — in central Pattaya, minutes from Jomtien Beach and Walking Street, with parking on site.
Our optional private van (flat ฿1,000, Pattaya-area pickup only) is the easy option, especially for a group or a late show. Otherwise a baht bus or taxi from most Pattaya hotels reaches Thepprasit Road quickly. Show your e-voucher at the Agency Ticket Counter to collect your seat ticket.
Yes — you choose 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM or 8:30 PM when you book, and we confirm it on WhatsApp. If you need to change the show time or date, message us as early as possible and we will do our best subject to availability.
Please note the venue requires at least 2 hours' notice before showtime for any cancellation, or a 50% charge applies, and printed tickets are non-refundable. Reducing the number of seats in a booking needs at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancel more than 7 days before your show date for a full refund; between 7 days and 48 hours for a 50% refund; within 48 hours or no-show, no refund. Cancellations count from when your written message reaches us on WhatsApp (+66 89 949 6235) or email. Full terms: tripthaitour.com/cancellation-policy.
Show tickets are non-refundable once the printed ticket is issued for your date, and the venue additionally requires at least 2 hours' notice before showtime. If your airline cancels your flight or you have a documented medical emergency, we offer one free date change to a new date within 6 months instead.
