The first thing you notice is that the jungle is louder than you expected. You are clipped to a steel cable forty metres above Chaofa Road, a guide has both hands on your harness, and somewhere below the canopy a cicada is going like a smoke alarm. Then he lets go, and for eleven seconds the noise is just wind. The 400-metre line on the 32-platform course is the one people remember — long enough that you stop bracing halfway across and start looking down.

Hanuman World spreads across 80,000 square metres of hillside jungle on the Chalong side of Phuket Town, six kilometres from Wat Chalong and twelve from the Big Buddha. There are 16 ziplines, three 40-metre abseil descents, five sky bridges, two spiral staircases and a dual line you can ride alongside someone else, plus an 800-metre roller zipline that runs like a rollercoaster through the trees and a 300-metre skywalk out over the canopy. We sell four packages, three of which include the Wanon Zone buffet.

Tickets start at ฿2,200 per person for the 18-platform zipline course and run to ฿3,490 for World A+ with all 32 platforms, the roller, the skywalk and lunch. Private round-trip transfer is ฿2,500 for the whole vehicle, up to ten people. Book at least 48 hours ahead so we can confirm your session in writing with the park — message us on WhatsApp +66 89 949 6235 if you want us to pick the package for you.

Hanuman World Phuket Ticket Prices 2026 — All Four Packages

Package Deals — Best Value

Zipline 18 Platforms — the wire only

฿2,200

Nine ziplines including a 300-metre flight, three abseil descents, two sky bridges, one spiral staircase and one dual zipline. Roughly 40 minutes on the course, about 90 minutes on site in total. Includes guide, all harness and safety equipment, drinking water and the park's insurance. No roller, no skywalk, no meal. The right ticket if you want the zipline and nothing else, or if you are fitting this around another plan the same day.

World C+ — 10 platforms + roller + skywalk + lunch

฿2,490

Four ziplines including the 500-metre line, two abseil descents, one sky bridge and one spiral staircase, plus the 800-metre roller zipline, the 300-metre skywalk and the Wanon Zone buffet. About 20 minutes on the zipline itself and roughly an hour for the whole package, so allow 2–3 hours on site once check-in and the unbooked queues are counted. The cheapest way to get the whole park rather than just the wire — a good fit for families with younger children and for anyone who wants an afternoon left over.

⭐ World B+ — 18 platforms + roller + skywalk + lunch

฿2,990

Nine ziplines including a 300-metre flight, three abseils, two sky bridges, one spiral staircase and one dual zipline, plus the 800-metre roller zipline, the 300-metre skywalk and the Wanon Zone buffet. Around 40 minutes on the zipline itself and about two hours for the whole package, so allow 3–4 hours on site. The best-balanced ticket on this page — enough zipline to feel like a real course, and short enough that you finish the flexible activities before the crowds reach them.

World A+ — all 32 platforms + roller + skywalk + lunch

฿3,490

The full course: 16 ziplines including the 400-metre flight, three 40-metre abseil descents, five sky bridges, two spiral staircases and a dual zipline, plus the 800-metre roller zipline, the 300-metre skywalk and the Wanon Zone buffet. About an hour on the zipline itself and around three hours for the whole package, so allow 4–5 hours on site. Everything the park has short of the luge.

Optional Extras

Private round-trip transfer — whole vehicle
฿2,500

Air-conditioned vehicle for up to 10 people, charged once per vehicle rather than per seat, hotel door to park and back. This is a drop-off and collection service — the driver does not wait at the park. He drops you, leaves, and returns at a time agreed in advance, so we fix that return time with you when we confirm your booking (see the recommended times in Please Note). The park's own shared shuttle is free from most Phuket zones and you are welcome to use it — but it runs a collection loop around several hotels and there is a second queue at the transfer desk when it arrives. Guests have specifically reported that booking with the shared transfer doubled their waiting time. A private vehicle goes direct and puts you at the check-in desk first. Recommended, and close to essential if you are taking the 08:00 session.

Luge — 2 rides, sold with World A+ only
฿4,290

The luge is a gravity-powered go-kart on a downhill concrete track — no engine, you steer with handlebars and brake by pulling back. Two tracks, 650 metres and 1.2 kilometres, and it is the only one of its kind on Phuket. ฿4,290 buys World A+ plus two luge rides. Be straight with yourself first: each run lasts about three minutes, there is no booked slot so you queue with everyone else, and a pickup truck shuttles you back to the top. On the 08:00 session it is excellent. On the 13:00 it is thirty minutes of queueing for three minutes of riding. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will add it.

Wanon Zone buffet — if your ticket does not include it
฿350

Twelve dishes served 10:00–18:00 in the Wanon Zone: chicken massaman curry, deep-fried vegetable spring rolls, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, stir-fried mixed vegetables in oyster sauce, spaghetti with tomato sauce, Hainanese chicken rice with clear soup, som tam papaya salad, stir-fried fish in black pepper sauce, chicken noodle soup, steamed rice, vegetable salad and seasonal fruit. ฿350 for ages 12 and over, ฿240 for children 4–11. Already included in World C+, B+ and A+ — this price is only for guests on the zipline-only ticket. There is also the Three Monkeys restaurant on the same site if you would rather order à la carte.

Luggage on the transfer
฿300

The park charges ฿300 per piece of luggage carried on their vehicle. This catches people who book Hanuman World on their departure day with cases in the van. If that is your plan, tell us when you book and we will price it properly rather than let it surprise you at pickup.

Almost every complaint Hanuman World receives is about waiting, and almost none are about safety. The reason is structural, and no booking site explains it. Your zipline session is a fixed time slot and it runs on schedule — but the roller zipline, the skywalk and the luge have no slot at all. They are first-come, all day. So when the 10:00 and 13:00 zipline groups finish, they all arrive at those same unbooked queues together. That is how a guest in August 2026 turned a three-hour World A+ package into a seven-hour day, queueing an hour for the luge and ninety minutes for the roller. Another arrived at 09:45 for a 10:00 session and still stood in line for an hour, and noted that guests who had booked with hotel transfer waited twice as long, because the shared shuttle creates a second queue of its own at the transfer desk.

Our answer is not a discount, it is a time. We book the 08:00 session, we send your names to the park's reservations office in advance, and we tell you the pickup time that puts you at the desk at 07:45 rather than 08:00. You are through the zipline by mid-morning and onto the roller and skywalk while the 10:00 group is still being harnessed. We also tell you when 08:00 is the wrong answer — if you are staying at Mai Khao or near the airport, that means a 06:00 pickup, and we would rather put you on the 10:00 session than sell you a ruined morning. And if you would rather not spend ฿2,500 on the private vehicle, the park's shared shuttle is free from most zones and we will book it for you; you just need to know that it costs you time instead.

Please note - Read Important (Click to expand)
  • ⏰ IMPORTANT — your driver drops you off and comes back later, he does not wait at the park. So we agree your collection time before the day. Working from an 07:45 drop-off on the 08:00 session: Zipline 18 — collected 09:30. World C+ — collected 11:00. World B+ — collected 11:30. World A+ — collected 12:30. Add roughly 2 hours to each on the 10:00 session. On the 15:00 session we drop you around 12:45 so you can take lunch, the roller and the skywalk first, then zipline at 15:00 and be collected at 16:30. Every time allows for the unbooked queues; if you finish early, one WhatsApp message brings the driver forward.
  • There is no child rate at Hanuman World. Every package is a single per-person price and a 10-year-old pays exactly what an adult pays. That is the park's own pricing, not a markup by us — we would rather you know before you book than discover it at the desk.
  • Book at least 48 hours ahead. We hold no seat allocation — every booking is confirmed individually with the park's reservations office, and 48 hours gives us a working day to get that confirmation in writing before your date.
  • Your payment confirms your booking with us. We confirm your exact session with Hanuman World within 12 hours. If your first-choice session is full we will offer you the next one that day or refund you in full — your choice.
  • The zipline runs to fixed sessions at 08:00, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00. The roller zipline, skywalk and luge have no booked time and are first-come all day, which is why the session you choose matters more than the package you choose.
  • Maximum weight is 120 kg. Children under 4 cannot take part, and the park does not recommend the activity for guests aged 70 and over. Pregnant guests cannot participate.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required — sandals and flip-flops are not permitted on the course. Wear dark or old clothing: after rain the cables throw dirty water onto riders, and guests have had light-coloured shirts permanently stained.
  • World A+ runs on all four sessions. The 32-platform zipline itself takes about an hour — the three hours quoted for the package includes the roller, the skywalk and lunch, none of which are time-slotted. On a 15:00 session you simply take those before your zipline or after it. Last admission to the park is 15:00.
  • The Wanon Zone buffet does not open until 10:00. If you take World C+ on the 08:00 session you will finish the zipline at around 09:00 — use that hour on the roller and skywalk while they are empty, then eat at 10:00.
  • The park's insurance covers guests under 15 and over 75 at 50% of the stated policy amount. Full participation rules are confirmed with you before payment.

What to Bring — Don’t Forget These

  • Closed-toe trainers — this is enforced at the desk and sandals will stop you going on the course
  • Dark or older clothing you do not mind marking, particularly in the rainy season
  • A change of shirt if you are going anywhere afterwards — the jungle is humid and you will sweat in a harness
  • Insect repellent and sunscreen, applied before you are harnessed rather than after
  • Cash in Thai Baht — roughly ฿350–800 per person if you want the buffet on the zipline-only ticket, extra drinks, or the park's photographs
  • Your passport names exactly as booked — the park's reservation list uses first name and surname and check-in is done on paper
  • A phone or camera with a wrist strap, or leave it in the locker — there is nowhere safe to put a loose phone on a platform

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund — cancel more than 7 days before your session start time (Thailand time, GMT+7).
  • 50% refund — cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before your session start time.
  • No refund — cancellations within 48 hours of your session, or no-shows.
  • Cancellations count from the moment your written message reaches us on WhatsApp (+66 89 949 6235) or email. If your airline cancels your flight or you have a documented medical emergency, we offer one free date change (new date within 6 months) instead. If the park closes for weather or any other reason, you choose a full refund or a free new date. Full terms: https://www.tripthaitour.com/cancellation-policy
  • Hotel pickup — time calculated for your zone

    • Your driver arrives at the time we confirm by WhatsApp the day before, worked backwards from a 07:45 arrival at the check-in desk.
    • Chalong, Rawai and Naiharn around 07:15. Phuket Town, Panwa and Laemhin 07:10. Kata and Karon 07:00. Patong and Kamala 06:50. Bangtao, Surin and Laguna 06:30.
    • Private air-conditioned vehicle for up to 10 people, ฿2,500 for the whole van. The park's free shared shuttle is available instead if you prefer.

    Arrival, check-in and harness fitting

    • Target arrival 07:45 for the 08:00 session — ahead of the queue rather than in it.
    • Your names are already on the park's reservation list, sent ahead when we confirmed your booking.
    • Harness and helmet fitted by staff, safety briefing in English, phones and valuables into a locker.

    The zipline course

    • A guide takes your group platform to platform — ziplines, abseil descents, sky bridges and spiral staircases.
    • Roughly 40 minutes on the 18-platform course, an hour on the 10-platform, up to three hours on the full 32.
    • You are clipped in and checked by staff at every single platform. You never handle the carabiner yourself.

    Roller zipline and skywalk

    • Included on World C+, B+ and A+. Not time-slotted — you register at a separate desk and walk on when you arrive.
    • Off the 08:00 session you should find both close to empty. This is the whole reason we book that session.
    • The 800-metre roller runs about a minute. The 300-metre skywalk is the best photograph on the property.

    Wanon Zone buffet lunch

    • Open 10:00 to 18:00. Included on World C+, B+ and A+ — twelve dishes, six of them vegetarian.
    • Three Monkeys restaurant is on the same site for à la carte and Western options.
    • On an 08:00 World C+ you finish at around 09:00 — use that hour on the roller and skywalk, then eat at 10:00.

    Return to your hotel

    • Your driver returns you to your hotel door.
    • Off the 08:00 session on World B+ most guests are back by midday with the afternoon free.
    • Wat Chalong is 6 km away and the Big Buddha 12 km if you want to add something on a separate day.

We offer pick-up to the following places for this experience:

    • Private round-trip transfer is ฿2,500 per vehicle for up to 10 people. It is a drop-off and collection service — your driver takes you to the park, leaves, and returns at a time agreed with you in advance. He does not wait on site. We fix that collection time when we confirm your booking, and if you finish earlier than planned a WhatsApp message brings him forward. Available from any hotel in Kata, Karon, Tritrang, Patong, Nakalay, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Laguna, Panwa, Naiharn, Rawai, Chalong, Phuket Town or Laemhin, and from the northern zones of Layan, Thalang, Nai Yang, Mai Khao, Pa-Klok, Ao Por, Mission Hill and the airport area. The park's free shared shuttle is also available from the first group of zones, and carries a ฿500 per person surcharge (฿200 from the second person) from the northern zones. Pickup time is calculated for your specific hotel and confirmed by WhatsApp the day before — we work backwards from a 07:45 arrival at the check-in desk, not from the session start time. Luggage carried on the vehicle is charged by the park at ฿300 per piece.

    Why Choose Us?

We book the 08:00 session, not whatever is left
Hanuman World's own guests report queueing an hour past their start time on the later slots. The first session of the day is the single biggest thing that decides whether your visit takes three hours or seven, and it is the one we book by default.
    🧭
We tell you the pickup time that actually works
the target is standing at the check-in desk at 07:45, not arriving at 08:00. We work backwards from your hotel zone, so Chalong leaves at 07:15 and Bangtao at 06:30. If that is too early for where you are staying, we will say so and put you on the 10:00 instead.
    🎟️
    Park price, no gate extras
฿2,200 to ฿3,490 is the park's own published rate and we do not add to it. The buffet is inside three of the four packages, insurance is inside all four, and there is nothing waiting to be collected when you arrive.
    🚫
    Zero forced souvenir stops
no silk factories, no gem shops, no staged workshops on the way there or back.
    Also included in your booking:
    • 🥗 We publish the buffet menu before you pay — the Wanon Zone spread has twelve dishes and six of them are vegetarian, which matters because guests have arrived, looked at it and skipped the meal they had already paid for. If your group is vegetarian, halal-friendly or wants Indian and Western options, ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether to take the buffet package or the zipline-only ticket and eat elsewhere.
    • 💳 No card surcharge, ever — you pay us online at the price shown. Guests paying on arrival at Phuket zipline parks have reported a 3% credit-card surcharge disclosed only at the counter.
    • ✅ TAT Licensed operator No. 14/04232 — verifiable at tourismthailand.org, and we are a contracted agent of Hanuman World rather than a reseller of a reseller.

💸 What a Morning at Hanuman World Actually Costs

Two numbers, and only two: the package price per person, and — if you want it — one vehicle charge for the whole group. Nothing is collected at the gate.

    🪂 Zipline 18 platforms
    ฿2,200/person
The wire only — no roller, no skywalk, no lunch
    ⭐ World B+ Best value
    ฿2,990/person
18 platforms + roller + skywalk + buffet — ~40 min on the wire, ~2 hrs all in
    🌏 World A+ — the full course
    ฿3,490/person
All 32 platforms incl. the 400 m flight — ~1 hr on the wire, ~3 hrs all in
    🚐 Private transfer — optional
    ฿2,500 per vehicle
Up to 10 people, charged once not per seat. The park's shared shuttle is free.

⚠️ There is no child price at Hanuman World. Every package is a single per-person rate, so a 10-year-old pays exactly what an adult pays. That is the park's own pricing, not our markup — we would rather you know now than at the desk.

Two adults on World B+ with the private vehicle = ฿8,480 all in. A family of four on World C+ = ฿2,490 × 4 + ฿2,500 = ฿12,460, and because the vehicle is one price for up to ten people the per-person transport cost falls the bigger your group gets — eight people share it at ฿313 each. Take the free shared shuttle instead and the vehicle line disappears entirely.

⏰ Read This Before You Pick a Time — The Session Matters More Than The Package

The zipline runs to four fixed sessions and starts on schedule. The roller zipline, the skywalk and the luge have no booked time at all — they run first-come, all day, and you register for them at a separate desk. Four zipline sessions a day all empty into those same queues, which is why one guest's three-hour package took seven hours in August 2026, and why another arrived at 09:45 for a 10:00 session and still waited an hour to check in.

    ✅ 08:00 — book this one

You finish the zipline around 10:00 and reach the roller and skywalk before the 10:00 group is off the wire. Right for anyone staying Chalong, Rawai, Naiharn, Phuket Town, Kata, Karon, Patong or Kamala.

    👍 10:00 — for north Phuket

From Bangtao, Laguna, Layan, Nai Yang, Mai Khao or the airport, 08:00 means a 06:00–06:30 pickup. We would rather put you on the 10:00 with an 08:20 collection than sell you a ruined morning.

    ⚠️ 13:00 — avoid

This is the slot nearly every unhappy review comes from. By early afternoon the unbooked queues carry everyone who arrived at 08:00 and 10:00 too. The 15:00 is actually the better late option, since the park empties after 16:00. World A+ works on all four sessions — the zipline itself is only about an hour.

We aim to have you at the check-in desk at 07:45, not 08:00. Check-in is still done on paper against a printed list, so being fourth in line is genuinely different from being fortieth. We work your pickup backwards from that: Chalong 07:15, Phuket Town 07:10, Kata and Karon 07:00, Patong and Kamala 06:50, Bangtao and Laguna 06:30 — confirmed to you by WhatsApp the day before.

🚐 Important — Your Driver Drops You Off and Comes Back, He Does Not Wait

The ฿2,500 private transfer is a round-trip drop-off and collection. Your driver takes you to the park, leaves, and returns at a time we agree with you before the day — he does not sit in the car park for four hours. So the collection time is something we fix at booking rather than leave open. These are the times that work, based on a 07:45 drop-off on the 08:00 session:

    Zipline 18
    Collected 09:30
    ~1 hr 45 on site
    World C+
    Collected 11:00
Eat at 10:00 as the buffet opens
    World B+ ⭐
    Collected 11:30
    Home by midday, afternoon free
    World A+
    Collected 12:30
    The full course plus lunch

Add roughly two hours to each on the 10:00 session. On the 15:00 session we drop you around 12:45 so you can take lunch, the roller and the skywalk first, then zipline at 15:00 and be collected at 16:30 — only the zipline is timed, so the order is yours to choose. Every time above builds in a buffer for the unbooked queues. If you finish earlier than planned, one message to us on WhatsApp brings the driver forward — you will not be left standing at the gate.

📍 Hanuman World or Flying Hanuman? They Are Two Different Parks

Phuket has two zipline parks with almost the same name on opposite sides of the island, and mixing them up is the most common booking error here. Every ticket on this page is for Hanuman World on Chaofa Road. We are a contracted agent for both, so we have no reason to push you toward either one.

✅ Hanuman World — Wichit, Chalong side This page

105 Moo 4, Chaofa Road, Wichit, Mueang Phuket — 6 km from Wat Chalong, 12 km from the Big Buddha. 80,000 m² of canopy, up to 32 platforms, plus the 800 m roller zipline, the 300 m skywalk and the luge. Bigger, more to do, and busier — which is exactly why the session you book matters.

⚠️ Flying Hanuman — Kathu, Patong side

A zipline park only — no roller, no skywalk, no luge — in Kathu, closer to Patong. Smaller, and by its own review record the more tightly run of the two. If you want the wire and nothing else, message us and we will book that instead. It is not what is sold on this page.

The short version: Hanuman World if you want a full morning of several different activities and you will take the early session. Flying Hanuman if you want a tighter zipline experience and nothing more. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which fits your group.

Want the full breakdown before you book?

Read our Complete Guide to Hanuman World Phuket — every package priced against the gate, the session timings that decide your day, and an honest answer on whether the luge is worth adding.

Someone in your group over the 120 kg limit, under 4, or simply not keen on heights? Our Phuket Elephant Sanctuary day is observation and feeding with no riding — we would rather move you to the right day than sell you the wrong one.

    What Actually Happens

    1

The pickup — why we collect you at 07:15 and not 07:45

Your driver arrives at your hotel at a time we work backwards from the check-in desk, not from the session time. The goal is to have you standing at that desk at 07:45, before the queue forms, because check-in at Hanuman World is still done on paper against a printed list and being fourth in line is meaningfully different from being fortieth. A guest in August 2026 arrived at 09:45 for a 10:00 session and still waited an hour to be processed. From Chalong, Rawai or Naiharn that means a 07:15 collection. From Phuket Town, Panwa or Laemhin, around 07:10. Kata and Karon leave at 07:00, Patong and Kamala at about 06:50, and Bangtao, Surin or Laguna at 06:30. If you are staying at Mai Khao, Nai Yang or near the airport, the honest answer is that the 08:00 session needs a 06:00 pickup and we will usually talk you onto the 10:00 instead — you will still be well ahead of the crowd and you will not have started your holiday at dawn. The drive itself takes you down Chaofa Road through Wichit, past the turning for Wat Chalong six kilometres away, with the Big Buddha visible on the ridge twelve kilometres to the west on a clear morning. Your driver is the park's own vehicle under our booking, air-conditioned, for up to ten people at one price for the whole van rather than per seat. If you have opted for the park's free shared shuttle instead, it will run a collection loop around several hotels and arrive later — that is the trade you are making, and it is a legitimate one if you would rather spend the ฿2,500 on lunch.

    2

Check-in, the harness and the safety briefing

You arrive into a reception area built out of dark timber under the trees, and the first thing that happens is the least glamorous part of the day: someone finds your name on a list. This is why we send your first names and surnames to the park's reservations office in advance and why we ask you to book at least 48 hours ahead — Hanuman World holds no allocation for any agent, so every booking is individually confirmed with their office, and a name that is already on the sheet moves through in a couple of minutes. Once you are checked in, staff fit the harness. It is a full sit-harness with leg loops, and they will pull the straps tighter than feels necessary, which is correct. Be aware that harnesses are shared equipment used all day in a tropical climate and some guests have found them less than fresh; if yours bothers you, ask for another one, because they do have spares and nobody will mind. Your phone, wallet and anything loose goes into a locker — there is nowhere on a platform to safely hold a phone, and the guides will not let you carry one loose. The briefing runs in English and covers the two things you actually need: keep your hands behind the trolley, and never touch the cable in front of you. You do not clip yourself in at any point during the whole course. A guide does it, every platform, every time, and checks it visually before you leave. That is the part of the operation that gets consistent five-star reviews even from guests furious about the queueing.

    3

On the wire — the ziplines, abseils and sky bridges

The course runs through 80,000 square metres of hillside jungle, and it opens gently. The first line is short and low enough that you can see the ground, which is deliberate — it is there so that anyone having second thoughts discovers they are fine. After that the platforms climb. On the 18-platform course you get nine ziplines including a 300-metre flight, three abseil descents, two sky bridges, one spiral staircase and a dual line where two of you ride side by side. Take the full 32-platform course and it becomes 16 ziplines, three 40-metre abseils, five sky bridges and two spiral staircases, with a 400-metre flight that is the one everybody talks about afterwards. It is long enough that the bracing stops around the halfway point and you start actually looking — down at the canopy, out towards the Andaman on a clear day. The abseils are the part first-timers worry about and enjoy most: you are lowered forty metres on a controlled descent with a guide on the rope, not dropped. The guides work the group hard for laughs, and they are unusually good at reading who is frightened. Guests with a genuine fear of heights repeatedly report being let down slowly and talked through it rather than pushed. Between platforms you walk the sky bridges, which sway, and the spiral staircases, which do not. Allow around 40 minutes on the 18-platform course, an hour on the 10-platform, and close to three hours if you have taken World A+ with all 32.

    4

The roller and the skywalk — the part that queues

This is where the day is won or lost, and it is the part no booking site explains. The 800-metre roller zipline and the 300-metre skywalk are included in World C+, B+ and A+ — but unlike the zipline they have no booked time slot. They run first-come, all day, and you register for them yourself at a separate desk. Guests regularly do not realise this and stand around waiting to be told what to do. One review in August 2026 described exactly that: no guidance, then ninety minutes queueing for the roller and an hour for the luge, which turned a three-hour package into a seven-hour day. Understand the arithmetic and it stops being a mystery. Four zipline sessions a day all empty into two unbooked attractions, so by early afternoon everyone who arrived at 08:00, 10:00 and 13:00 is in the same line. Coming off the first session you arrive at the roller at around 10:00, ahead of everyone. The roller itself is worth it — a single-seat cart on a rail that corkscrews down through the trees, brakes under your own hands, genuinely quick in places. The ride lasts about a minute, which is either a delight or an anticlimax depending entirely on whether you queued sixty minutes for it. The skywalk is calmer: a walkway out over the canopy with the tree crowns at chest height, and the best place on the property to take a photograph that is not of somebody in a helmet.

    5

The Wanon buffet, and the drive home

Lunch is served in the Wanon Zone from 10:00 until 18:00 and is included on World C+, B+ and A+. It is twelve dishes: chicken massaman curry, deep-fried vegetable spring rolls, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, stir-fried mixed vegetables in oyster sauce, spaghetti with tomato sauce, Hainanese chicken rice, som tam papaya salad, stir-fried fish in black pepper sauce, chicken noodle soup, steamed rice, vegetable salad and seasonal fruit. Six of those are vegetarian, which is worth knowing in advance — a family of five arrived, looked at the spread, decided there was not enough for them and ate chips at the restaurant instead, having already paid for the buffet inside their package. If your group is vegetarian or you want halal-friendly, Indian or Western options, tell us before you book and we will point you at the right ticket. Three Monkeys restaurant sits on the same site if you would rather order properly. One timing note: the buffet does not open until 10:00, so on the 08:00 session with the shorter World C+ package you will finish the zipline at about 09:00 with an hour spare. Spend it on the roller and skywalk while they are empty and eat at 10:00 — that is the best hour of the whole day and almost nobody uses it well. Your driver takes you back afterwards. Off the 08:00 session on World B+ you are usually at your hotel by midday, salty, slightly shaky in the legs, with the entire afternoon still ahead of you.

    Is This Right for You?

Families with children aged 4 and over

The minimum age is 4 and the courses are guided platform to platform, so children are never responsible for their own clipping. World C+ at ฿2,490 is usually the right family ticket — an hour on the wire is enough for younger children, and it still includes the roller, the skywalk and lunch. Note the 120 kg weight limit applies to adults too, and that the buffet is a per-person part of the package rather than something children get free.

Anyone who has never ziplined before

This is a good first zipline. The first line is deliberately short and low, guides clip you in every single time, and the abseil descents are controlled lowerings rather than drops. Guests who describe a genuine fear of heights consistently report being allowed to go at their own pace. Start with the 18-platform course rather than the full 32 — you can always wish you had done more.

Couples and groups who want the whole park

World A+ at ฿3,490 gives you all 32 platforms, the 400-metre flight, the roller and the skywalk with lunch, and runs about three hours on the course. Take it on the 08:00 session. The dual zipline lets two of you ride side by side, which is the photograph you will actually keep. If you want the luge as well, ฿4,290 covers A+ plus two rides — ask us and we will add it.

    Vegetarian, halal-conscious and Indian families

Six of the twelve buffet dishes are vegetarian and we publish the full menu on this page rather than letting you discover it on arrival, which is a mistake guests have made here at their own cost. Three Monkeys restaurant on site covers Western and à la carte options. Tell us your group's requirements when you book and we will tell you honestly whether to take a buffet package or the zipline-only ticket.

    Travellers staying in north Phuket

If you are at Bangtao, Laguna, Layan, Nai Yang, Mai Khao or near the airport, read the timing advice carefully. The 08:00 session would need a 06:00–06:30 pickup from you, and we will usually recommend the 10:00 session instead with a collection around 08:20. You are still comfortably ahead of the afternoon crowd. Your zone also carries a ฿500 per person surcharge on the park's shared shuttle, which makes the ฿2,500 private vehicle better value the larger your group.

    Anyone who cannot take part

Be honest with yourself before booking. The weight limit is 120 kg and it is enforced. Children under 4 and pregnant guests cannot participate, and the park does not recommend the activity for guests aged 70 and over. If someone in your group falls outside these limits, they can still come — a non-participant ticket lets them use the grounds and the restaurants. Tell us and we will arrange it rather than let you find out at the desk.

Four packages: Zipline 18 Platforms at ฿2,200 per person, World C+ at ฿2,490, World B+ at ฿2,990 and World A+ at ฿3,490. The three World packages all include the 800-metre roller zipline, the 300-metre skywalk and the Wanon Zone buffet lunch; the ฿2,200 ticket is the zipline course only. These are the park's own published prices and we do not add to them.

Private round-trip transfer is ฿2,500 for the whole vehicle up to ten people, which is optional — the park runs a free shared shuttle from most Phuket zones. Nothing else is collected at the gate. If you want the luge as well, ฿4,290 covers World A+ plus two luge rides and we arrange that on request via WhatsApp.

Take the 08:00 session if you are staying anywhere south of Patong, and the 10:00 if you are north of it. The zipline runs to four fixed sessions daily — 08:00, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00 — but the roller zipline, skywalk and luge have no booked time at all and run first-come. Every session empties into those same queues, so the earlier you go the shorter they are. The 15:00 is the exception worth knowing: the park empties after 16:00, so the flexible activities are quiet again around your session.

Avoid the 13:00 if you possibly can. It is the slot that produces almost every unhappy review of this park, including a guest in August 2026 whose three-hour package took seven hours. We book the 08:00 by default and will tell you if your hotel makes that impractical — from Mai Khao or the airport it would mean a 06:00 pickup, and the 10:00 session is the better answer.

Because the zipline is time-slotted and the rest of the park is not. Your zipline session starts on schedule with a guide and a group. The roller, the skywalk and the luge have no reservation system — you register at a separate desk and join whatever line exists. Four zipline sessions a day all feed into those two or three unbooked attractions, so the queues build through the day and peak in the early afternoon.

Guests have reported queueing an hour for the luge and ninety minutes for the roller, and one specifically noted that booking with the park's shared hotel transfer doubled the wait because the transfer desk creates a queue of its own. None of the complaints are about safety — the guides are consistently praised even in one-star reviews. Booking the first session of the day is the entire fix, and it is what we do.

Only the number of zipline platforms. All three include the 800-metre roller zipline, the 300-metre skywalk and the Wanon buffet. World C+ at ฿2,490 gives you 10 platforms — four ziplines, two abseils, one sky bridge and a spiral staircase, about an hour. World B+ at ฿2,990 gives you 18 platforms — nine ziplines including a 300-metre flight, three abseils, two sky bridges and a dual line, about two hours.

World A+ at ฿3,490 is the full course: 32 platforms, 16 ziplines including the 400-metre flight, three 40-metre abseils, five sky bridges and two spiral staircases, about an hour on the wire and roughly three hours for the whole package. We recommend World B+ for most people — it is long enough to feel like a proper course and short enough that you reach the roller and skywalk before the crowds. World A+ runs on all four sessions.

Maximum weight is 120 kg and it is enforced at the park. The minimum age is 4 years old. Pregnant guests cannot take part, and the park does not recommend the activity for guests aged 70 and over. There is no minimum height requirement on the zipline courses themselves.

The park's accident insurance covers participants under 15 and over 75 at 50% of the stated policy amount rather than the full sum. If someone in your group falls outside the participation limits they are still welcome to come along — a non-participant ticket gives them access to the grounds and restaurants while everyone else is on the course. Tell us when you book and we will arrange it rather than let you discover it at the desk.

Hanuman World is on Chaofa Road in Wichit, on the Chalong side of Phuket Town — 6 km from Wat Chalong and 12 km from the Big Buddha. Allow about 15 minutes from Chalong, Rawai or Naiharn, 20 minutes from Phuket Town, 30 minutes from Kata or Karon, 40 minutes from Patong, 45 from Kamala and 55 from Bangtao or Laguna.

From Nai Yang, Mai Khao or the airport allow 75 minutes with traffic. Those northern zones are why we often recommend the 10:00 session rather than the 08:00 — a 06:00 pickup to go ziplining is not a good start to a holiday. We calculate your pickup time from your specific hotel and confirm it by WhatsApp the day before.

No. Hanuman World has no child rate on any of its packages — every ticket is a single per-person price, so a 10-year-old pays exactly the same as an adult. That is the park's own pricing structure and not something we add to. A family of four on World C+ pays ฿2,490 × 4 = ฿9,960 regardless of ages.

The one place a child rate does exist is the Wanon Zone buffet bought separately on the zipline-only ticket, which is ฿350 for ages 12 and over and ฿240 for children aged 4 to 11. If a child is too young or too small for the course, a non-participant ticket lets them come along and use the grounds and restaurants — tell us at booking and we will arrange it.

No. The private transfer is a round-trip drop-off and collection — your driver takes you to Hanuman World, leaves, and returns at a time agreed with you in advance. He does not wait on site for the duration of your visit. This is the park's own vehicle under our booking, and it is how their round-trip service is structured.

So we fix your collection time before the day rather than leaving it open. From an 07:45 drop-off on the 08:00 session: Zipline 18 collected at 09:30, World C+ at 11:00, World B+ at 11:30, and World A+ at 12:30. Add roughly two hours to each on the 10:00 session, and on the 15:00 session we drop you around 12:45 and collect you at 16:30. Those allow for the unbooked roller and skywalk queues — if you finish early, one WhatsApp message brings the driver forward.

The park runs a free shared shuttle from Kata, Karon, Tritrang, Patong, Nakalay, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Laguna, Panwa, Naiharn, Rawai, Chalong, Phuket Town and Laemhin, and you are welcome to use it. From Layan, Thalang, Nai Yang, Mai Khao, Pa-Klok, Ao Por, Mission Hill and the airport area it carries a ฿500 per person surcharge, ฿200 from the second person.

Our private round-trip transfer is ฿2,500 for the whole vehicle up to ten people, charged once rather than per seat. The reason to take it is time, not comfort: the shared shuttle runs a collection loop around several hotels and there is a second queue at the transfer desk when it arrives. If you are taking the 08:00 session, the private vehicle is close to essential. For a family of five in a northern zone it also works out cheaper than five shuttle surcharges.

The Wanon Zone buffet is included on World C+, B+ and A+ and runs from 10:00 to 18:00. Twelve dishes: chicken massaman curry, vegetable spring rolls, chicken with cashew nuts, stir-fried mixed vegetables, spaghetti with tomato sauce, Hainanese chicken rice, som tam papaya salad, fish in black pepper sauce, chicken noodle soup, steamed rice, vegetable salad and seasonal fruit. Six of the twelve are vegetarian.

We publish this menu because a family of five arrived, judged the vegetarian options too limited, and ate elsewhere having already paid for the buffet inside their package. If your group is vegetarian, wants halal-friendly food or prefers Indian and Western options, tell us before booking — sometimes the right answer is the ฿2,200 zipline-only ticket plus lunch at Three Monkeys restaurant on the same site.

At least 48 hours. Hanuman World does not give agents a seat allocation — every booking is confirmed individually with their reservations office and is subject to capacity on the day. Booking 48 hours ahead gives us a full working day to get your session confirmed in writing before you travel, and the 08:00 session is the one that fills first, particularly in peak season from November to April and around Chinese New Year.

Your payment confirms your booking with us. We then confirm your exact session with the park within 12 hours. If your first-choice session is already full, we will offer you the next one that day or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You will never turn up to find you have no booking.

Closed-toe trainers are required and enforced — sandals and flip-flops will stop you going on the course. Wear dark or older clothing. After rain the cables throw dirty water onto riders, and guests have had light-coloured shirts permanently stained by it. Bring a change of shirt if you are going somewhere afterwards, because you will sweat inside a harness in this climate.

The park operates in light rain and the course runs in normal wet-season weather. Sessions are only suspended for lightning or high wind. If the park closes on your date for weather, you choose between a full refund and a free date change. Phones, wallets and anything loose go into a locker before you start — there is nowhere safe to hold a phone on a platform.

No, and this is the most common booking mistake on Phuket. They are two different parks on opposite sides of the island. Hanuman World is on Chaofa Road in Wichit, near Chalong, and has the zipline plus the roller, the skywalk and the luge. Flying Hanuman is in Kathu, closer to Patong, and is a zipline park only. This page sells Hanuman World.

We are a contracted agent for both, so we have no reason to steer you. In short: Hanuman World if you want a full morning with several different activities and you are prepared to book the early session to avoid the queues; Flying Hanuman if you want a tighter, better-organised zipline experience and nothing else. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly which suits your group.

Sometimes. The luge is a gravity-powered go-kart on a downhill concrete track — no engine, you steer with handlebars and brake by pulling back. There are two tracks, 650 metres and 1.2 kilometres, and it is the only one on Phuket. ฿4,290 buys World A+ plus two rides and we arrange it on request rather than selling it on this page.

The honest picture: each run lasts about three minutes, there is no booked slot so you queue, and a pickup truck shuttles you back to the top. Guests on afternoon sessions have queued 30 minutes for the first ride and 15 for each after, and one parent of two teenagers said it was not worth it. On the 08:00 session, with short queues, it is genuinely good fun. On the 13:00 it is not. Children aged 10 and over drive alone; children 4 to 10 ride with an adult, sitting in front if under 120 cm and behind if taller.

Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before your session start time. 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours before. No refund within 48 hours of your session, or for no-shows. Cancellations count from when your written message reaches us on WhatsApp (+66 89 949 6235) or by email.

If your airline cancels your flight or you have a documented medical emergency, we offer one free date change with the new date within 6 months instead of a refund. If the park closes for weather or any other reason, you choose a full refund or a free new date. Full terms are at https://www.tripthaitour.com/cancellation-policy.
