You choose your vehicle, date, hours and passengers on this page, tell us roughly what you would like to do, and send it to us on WhatsApp. We then check the plan against the vehicle size, the hours and the route, confirm a driver is free on your date, and reply — usually within minutes during Thai business hours. Payment is arranged only once your day is confirmed.

We do it this way because a car at disposal is the one product we sell where your plan decides whether we can actually deliver the day. A route might leave the the Pattaya area zone, twelve stops might not fit into eight hours, a group might not fit the vehicle, or a licensed guide might be unavailable on that date. Taking your money first and discovering any of that afterwards means refunds and a ruined day. Checking first takes us a few minutes and means every confirmed booking is one we know we can run.

That is a flat price for the whole vehicle, not a per-person fare — six people in the van pay ฿500 each for the entire day and ten people pay ฿300 each. The price includes your driver and all fuel with no kilometre cap inside the Pattaya area.

Not included are attraction entry fees, venue parking (usually ฿20–100), food, and the optional licensed English-speaking guide at ฿2,500 per day. Hours beyond the eighth are ฿400 for the van or ฿300 for the SUV. For comparison, the local hourly market rate for a van is around ฿500 per hour, which would be ฿4,000 for the same eight hours.

For a single hop along the Beach Road and Second Road loop, yes — a songthaew is ฿10–20 and nothing beats it. The moment you want somewhere off that loop, though, the same vehicle becomes a private charter and the price is negotiated fresh at every corner, usually at ฿300–500 a leg. Six stops in a day is easily ฿2,000–3,000 of separate negotiations, in the heat, with no boot to leave anything in.

The disposal model is cheaper the second you make more than about four stops, and it removes the haggling entirely. It also gives you something ride-hailing cannot: a vehicle that waits. Your bags, shopping and dry clothes stay locked in it all day, and there is no scramble for a car outside a venue at closing time or in the rain.

No to both. Inside Pattaya, Jomtien, Naklua, Wongamat and Pratumnak you can visit as many places as you like, in any order, and change your mind as often as you like. There is no kilometre counter, no fixed list of permitted stops and no re-routing fee — the three limits buried in most packaged 'car at disposal' deals.

We can price it this way honestly because a vehicle waiting in a car park costs us almost the same as a vehicle driving. The only things that genuinely change our cost are time and leaving the area, so those are the only two things we charge for: extra hours beyond eight, and a separate quote if you want to travel outside the zone.

The SUV costs ฿2,500 and seats up to 4 passengers; the van costs ฿3,000 and seats up to 10. Since the gap is only ฿500 for a whole day, the van is usually the better value for any group of four or more, and it is the clear choice if you have grandparents, small children, or a beach day ahead — the space behind the back row takes beach gear, towels and shopping easily.

Your driver drops you at Bali Hai Pier, waits through the day, and is there when your boat comes in — with your dry clothes, shoes, phones and shopping locked safely in the vehicle the whole time. The waiting is inside your eight hours at no extra cost.

Anyone who has stood on Bali Hai Pier at four in the afternoon in wet swimwear trying to find a ride understands what this is worth. If the boat runs late and you go past eight hours, the extra hour is ฿400 for the van or ฿300 for the SUV, settled with the driver directly.

The clock starts the moment your driver collects you at your hotel door and ends when he drops you back. It does not start when he left the depot — a common trick that quietly eats thirty to sixty minutes of a day you paid for. A 09:00 pickup means a 17:00 drop-off.

If you want longer, extra hours are ฿400 for the van and ฿300 for the SUV, charged in whole hours and agreed with your driver on the day. There is no advance commitment, no minimum extension and no evening premium. If you finish early there is no refund for unused hours, but there is also no pressure to use them.

It does not cover Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Rayong or the Koh Chang ferry piers, and that is a deliberate limit rather than an upsell — a Bangkok run and back is a ten-to-twelve hour job that deserves its own price rather than being crammed into eight hours.

Your driver speaks working English — enough for directions, timings, restaurant recommendations and friendly conversation — and carries a phone with WhatsApp translation for anything more complex. He knows Pattaya properly, including which road into Naklua is moving and where a van can actually park.

He will not narrate the Sanctuary of Truth, because Thai law does not allow it: under the Tourism Business and Guide Act B.E. 2551, guiding tourists without a licence carries penalties of up to ฿500,000 or two years' imprisonment. The Sanctuary is the one Pattaya attraction where a guide genuinely transforms the visit, turning thousands of bewildering carvings into a readable Hindu-Buddhist cosmology. Add a licensed guide for ฿2,500 for the day if you want that.

Fuel is included, with no kilometre cap inside the Pattaya area. You will never be asked to top up the tank or to pay for distance, however many times you cross town.

Venue and mall parking is not included and is paid as incurred, usually ฿20–100 for a few hours. In practice it rarely comes up, because Terminal 21 and most Pattaya malls give free parking for the first few hours, and Big Buddha Hill, the viewpoints and the beaches are free. Your driver will always tell you the amount before paying.

Lunch is not included in the price — budget roughly ฿150–500 per person. Your driver will also pause for prayer times whenever you ask and will wait as long as you need at any stop. There is no time pressure inside your eight hours.

The zone is always the city and its immediate area rather than intercity travel. If you want to move between cities — Pattaya to Bangkok, for example — message us on WhatsApp and we will quote that route as a separate transfer.
